Who we are

Who you are dealing with

CrewIdentity is operated by its founder as an individual, based in Helsinki, Finland. It is not yet a registered company, and it does not hold a Business ID, a VAT registration or business insurance.

Brand

CrewIdentity — BarberBrand is its first professional vertical.

Operated from

Helsinki, Finland. We do not publish a private address. A postal address that accepts mail will appear here with the registration.

Registration

Not yet registered. Ordering and payment are closed. Private previews and written, non-binding quotes may be requested, and nothing is produced until a written quote is approved. The seller, tax and invoicing requirements have to be established before any real paid order is accepted. Until then we do not claim a registered company, a Business ID, a VAT registration, business insurance.

What that means for you

Until then, no payment can be taken on this site: proposals and quotes are previews, checkout is disabled, and nothing is manufactured. When we are ready to sell in your country you will be told exactly who the seller is before you are asked for anything.

Reaching a person

Write to support@crewidentity.com. A person reads it, and we aim to reply within 24 hours.

This domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so mail claiming to be from support@crewidentity.com can be verified rather than taken on trust.

We never ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords by email, and we never ask you to send a product to a private address.
